Club Championship starts this week!

Fourteen players came out for Casual Night and learned about the K+p on the 7th vs K+Q. After the fine presentation by Daniel Smith a double round robin blitz tournament broke out with Kyle Oody (1858) taking the top quad by .5 point over Paul King (1805). Ron Tims (1376) rolled through the swiss quad scoring 5 out of six to edge out Shiva Balasubramanian (1012) by a .5 point. A second blitz quad was played and Paul King (1805) tied for first with Joerg Lohse (1665), half a point ahead of Keith Eubanks (1980).
